I am a fellow nurse nominating Aimee for the wonderful job she does taking care of very difficult patients. Our patients often have behavioral problems that make it challenging to take care of them. I have observed Aimee demonstrate such empathy and kindness, that is above and beyond what most people could manage. She is able to reassure and comfort patients who are having psychotic episodes. She is not only an amazing nurse with her patients, but wonderful and helpful to her fellow staff members as well (she floats and serves as charge nurse as needed). Aimee is the kind of nurse I would hope myself or my family members could have to take care of us if we ever needed it. She makes sure that if anyone needs something, she strives to see it happen. She helps without anyone asking. Aimee is a valuable asset to St. Bernards and her patients!
