My aunt’s life is lonely and rife with pain. You entertained and educated her while tangibly improving her comfort and prospects.
We met in the ALH ED when you were helping take care of my aunt. She had myriad health issues causing her a lot of pain and weakness which makes it hard for her to move around independently. I want to thank you personally for your professionalism and engaging personality. You connected with my aunt, who is a shy and private person, which makes her something of a tough nut to connect with. I want to thank you specifically for identifying a situation that was contributing to her pain and for being observant in discovering a terrible secondary issue as well. I’m sure you don’t hear thank you enough, so I want to tell you directly that you made a wonderful impression on me, my aunt, and my mom that day. My aunt represents one of the opportunities you and all clinical team members have to engage, comfort, support, and, ultimately, make life measurably better through your compassionate demeanor and expertise. My aunt’s life is lonely and rife with pain. You entertained and educated her while tangibly improving her comfort and prospects. Thank you so much!
