Airyell is a wonderful nurse. She helped me when I didn’t think anyone could and when I truly didn’t trust the VA anyway. My home had been broken into when I was visiting my kids, and when I got back, I didn't even have a front door. I have been very sick with lung problems and don’t have the money to fix things, let alone the physical ability. Airyell called me every day to check on me. She got APS involved, and though I was worried about that, she helped to coordinate things with them, me, and other resources. Because of Airyell, APS did help me. They have a new program, and I was able to get a door on my house and a new carpet because the people destroyed my belongings, too. I really didn’t have faith in the VA until this happened and now I know that Airyell and the team will be there to help me. Airyell is absolutely Awesome! She is the best! I feel better, and I know I am warm during the winter months. I can’t thank Airyell enough. She has truly changed my life for the better. I was always going to the hospital and was worried about how to get things done. Airyell is great. She is just so caring and compassionate. She does what is right for Veterans. Thank you, Airyell!
