Aisha is always concerned about her team and clients first. She puts them above all else. She is always looking for ways for her team to excel in their career and develop leadership skills. She routinely seeks out collaboration from her peers including members of other teams. Aisha contributes to the Mission of Cerner through all these criteria.
She is very passionate and stands up for other clinicians when other leaders do not understand the learning/education/ongoing support of the clinical team member. Aisha sits on many of the escalation calls about clients and makes sure we are doing the right thing for the client whenever possible.
Aisha is dedicated to making sure our solutions offer the best outcomes to the patient and client. She isn't afraid to speak up when problems arise and is quick to offer solutions. She is always coming to the table with ideas to make things better and more efficient, and advocates for the clinical voice in all client-facing events
Aisha is very dedicated when it comes to staffing a project with the right associate to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. She has followed up with clients after the project has TTS and assisted them with calls with other clients that have faced similar situations.
