She was so calm in taking care of me, even though my doctor pressured her. I knew that it wasn’t her fault when some delays in the results of my laboratory tests happened. I really appreciate her gesture of an apology. I understood, it wasn’t her fault it was just an uncontrollable situation that everyone must accept. And I want her to know that she is appreciated because, honestly, it was because of her that I always stayed calm before and after my operation. Thank you.
