Aiza gives an immediate response to the patient. Every time we ask questions and express some concerns, she always provides an answer with genuine care and empathy for patients. She always wore a smile and was respectful to the elders. Moreover, she understands patients’ feelings and concerns without judgment. In giving medicine, she makes sure that we all understand what she’s talking about. She also explains what the medicine is for.
