Simply put, Nurse Akongne helped make the most difficult experience of my life better. She provided a wealth of information, demonstrated tremendous compassion, and extended excellent nurse care. She gets a 10 in my books!

Akongne, as soon as she saw us there immediately came in introduced herself, and made us feel comfortable. She answered all our questions and joked with us and our grandpa. As a nurse, I was impressed by how she carried herself and how much time she spent with me and my brother. She was able to give me a full update and I was then able to explain it to the rest of my family who had many questions.
