Ala went above and beyond all expectations during my stay. She was checking in regularly and when she did, it wasn't just in and out. She took the time to get to know not only me but my family as well. She made sure I was comfortable and moved quickly to get my pain medication when I was not. Even through those times, she stayed with me until it subsided. She also was kind enough to spend her own money for "get well" balloons for my room and stayed over an hour passed the time she was supposed to get off to move me to a private room. Her compassion and willingness to make my stay here that much nicer deserves to be recognized.
