Mr Alaa Hijazi joined the team with a high spirit, and good commitment, he always makes rounds to the unit and supports the nurses when needed. Alaa exceeds expectation by anticipating and understanding staff needs. He is so approachable, one time after duty hours the staff needs to know how to do the infusion, she directly called him and he showed support to her. He lead by example, he started to teach by simulation not only theoretical sessions, the attendance for the in-service is always complete. Staff enjoying the way of teaching.
