I really want to express my gratitute to the staff, especially Alaina. She was wonderful to my father, so caring and gentle. During his stay at the ED he would ask her multiple times what she thought of his little stuffed puppy. Everytime Alaina would smile and tell him how wonderful the puppy was as she provided care and never once treated his actions or conversations with the puppy as "crazy or abnormal". I truly appreciate her caring spirit and her warm smile and will never forget how her love for others was portrayed. She is by far an exceptional nurse and is an awesome example of excellence.
