When our daughter was born, Alaina was a night nurse on our wing. During this time, my wife and I were struggling with our daughter’s feeding and how she was dropping weight, and we were at our lowest point. Alaina came into our room and spoke words of peace and comfort. She took care of our girl and helped take pressure off us in a moment when we desperately needed it. To our family, she came into our room as a voice from heaven to provide comfort at a critical time. My family will never forget her spirit and the care she poured out for our daughter.

When my son was born this year, we were hoping to see her again so we could tell her what a difference she made, and to thank her for seeing us and making such a difference. She is truly incredible, and we will never forget her impact, and we tell that story to everyone we know.

She happened to answer a call for our room during our recent stay, and we were fortunate to share her impact on us in person. We all wept as we could not express how thankful we are for her and our family. Alaina, keep up the great work and be blessed.

We hope our daughter will be able to live up to the example that we experienced and were blessed by.
