Alaina has been taking care of our twins in NICU. She is so very compassionate, understands, their needs, discusses any topic we ask questions about without any issues, takes time to handle our kids with care. And above all her love for her job shows through all the time. We love Alaina and think that she is an asset to your team of NICU nurses. Time and again, I've requested that Alaina take care of our kid's whenever she is available since I feel much less stressed out about how my kids are handled.
