As a first-time mom, I was experiencing a miscarriage, came into the ER two days in a row and Nurse Alan was there both times, made me feel safe and comfortable, talked me through the whole process, and gave me the most beautiful words of encouragement. He listened to me and my husband. Gave me and my husband a hug on both visits. I will never forget Alan and everything he did for us.

Alan was so friendly and compassionate to me and my husband while we waited in the ER for hours after being transferred. He was friendly and very kind. I was so tired from the day and he noticed this and brought a comfortable chair to sit in so I could rest. He made sure my husband had all he needed and took care of him. He was outstanding and I want to thank him for his outstanding job.
