Alan took exceptional care of my grandma. He was so kind, compassionate, understanding, and made us all feel like family. He explained every step and provided emotional support not only to my grandma, but also to my family. We felt safe the entire time, knowing Alan was taking care of her.

I am grateful for Alan, the care he provided her, and the lasting knowledge that he taught us. The world is a better place with Alan in it. Halifax is lucky to have him!
