The fact that she found the time the next day, before her shift ended, to say hi and check on us was the sweetest.
My husband and I just welcomed our first baby this weekend. As a first-time parent, I have been so anxious this whole pregnancy, leading up to my induction, especially. From the beginning, Alana reassured me that everything was going to be okay. She took the time to explain the process, the medications, the questions, and the pros and cons.
I can’t thank her enough. She was sweet with me during labor when I felt nauseous, when I had heartburn, and felt anxious or in pain. Towards the middle of labor, she took the time to keep me updated on the baby’s heartbeat and movements leading up to us meeting her. Alana guided me in pushing and where and how to push that led to a rather quick delivery.
She was also such a teammate when guiding me through the epidural. This is such a positive induction story because of her. The fact that she found the time the next day, before her shift ended, to say hi and check on us was the sweetest. Thank you for all you do, Alana.
