From the moment Alana began caring for my grandfather, she was a blessing. She spoke and cared for him with dignity and respect. She cared for the whole person as well as his family. She worked to know what he wanted, needed and how to provide these things in the best manner. She worked to constantly let him have care and compassion and dignity. She was his advocate.
We have a large family. She took the time to personally know each person and explain everything along the way. I truly felt that she cared for him and was part of the family. She encouraged questions and informed us before we even had to ask, at every turn.
She stayed with us, walked by us and truly provided care for us all. I would trust her with my life or anyone I love. She is what you hope and pray for in a nurse!
