Alana took care of my aunt who was on the vent due to pneumonia and CHF complications. Alana's care meant so much to me because she was always hopeful even when she had to deliver bad news. She talked to my aunt and cared for her with so much compassion. Alana answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge, and if unable to, she would find out and call me.
Alana was very thorough in her care of my aunt. Her positive attitude truly touched my family and me. Alana displays a "servant's heart" to the fullest extent. Sadly, my aunt passed away, but I truly believe that she received the best care possible from Alana.
