Alanna is very patient and kind! She went above and beyond!
Because of my anxiety and panic attacks, they checked on me very often. She kept my shades down and kept the door closed. That made me feel safe. Her explanation of medications and oxygen was great. Once again, my anxiety was lower, not just from the meds, but it meant everything when I felt safe with her and the doctor.
Sometimes (all the time) I get very scared. It felt amazing not to be scared.
