After my surgery. I encountered some complications of nausea. Alanna went above and beyond her call of duty to see that I was taken care of. When the decision was made that I would remain in the hospital, she quietly went into action and made arrangements for me to get a room. I felt guilty for being sick and causing havoc for the staff but Alanna, with a smile and comforting words, assured me this was her job and said she is happy to help me wishing me to get feeling better soon. When all the other staff left for the day, Alanna remained. When the lights turned down low, Alanna remained on the phone checking on the status of my bed and giving report to me. She even wheeled me to the floor I was assigned. Last I saw her, she had a smile on her face. I never heard a negative word from her. She is a go-getter and doesn't quit until the job is done. I salute you, Alanna for a superior job. Well done. Wooohaw!!
