Alba Perez plays many roles; she is a bedside nurse with outstanding clinical instincts and skills; a resource nurse and a preceptor to new graduate nurses and nursing students offering advice, education, and guidance. She is active on two committees: Skin Care Committee and Safety Council. Alba is a relief charge nurse where she is able to use her leadership skills to juggle the needs of the unit with the goals of management. The staff on Sub-ICU feels lucky to have Alba on the unit.
