We met Albert Shin as he was assigned to care for my father. We did not realize at the moment how thankful we would be. He did not only greet us with a smile but has a natural hospitable demeanor about him. What stood out the most was the effort he put into explaining each process as it was happening, in my father's first language of Spanish, to the best of his ability. He would converse with my father to put him at ease. The first time he left the room, my dad looked at me and gave me a thumbs up saying, "That's a good nurse".
As I could see the relief on my father's face, I knew we were in good hands. We want to thank Albert for taking the time to speak to the family. He explained basic body functions and how they all work together. Out of all the years my father has fallen ill, we have yet to meet a nurse that has come close to the care this nurse has provided. On behalf of our family, Thank You! Your efforts are beyond appreciated and we want to wish you well in your medical career. We know you will continue to impact many and bring you genuine love and care to those who you meet. Thank you!

I feel Albert went the extra mile for me, under his care. I was suffering from cellulitis on my arm and he helped bandage me up even when he did not need to. He was overall conscientious and caring of my needs. I believe that employees that go the extra mile should be rewarded for their efforts.
