Visiting the emergency room for the first time can be a stressful experience, filled with nerves and uncertainty. When I arrived feeling anxious, Alberto immediately put me at ease with his warm smile. His kindness and clear explanations about every procedure helped calm my worries and made me feel more comfortable.

Curiously, I asked how long he had been working there, and he told me he was a new graduate. I never would have guessed it; Alberto was incredibly knowledgeable and confident in his role. It’s reassuring to know that even new staff can provide such excellent care.
