We have never seen a nurse so patient and kind. We had a lot of questions and Bina was there to answer them all in a caring and compassionate way. She went above and beyond - making sure we had everything we needed to make a difficult decision about our mother. She gave us all the information and called in support teams for all of us. She truly felt like a part of our family. The compassion and understanding that she showed our mother; stroking her hair, holding her hand and just talking to her was comfort to all of us. She was a blessing for our family to have and we could not have asked for a better caregiver and friend.
