Albina always goes above and beyond to care for her patients and also for her nurses on the floor. For example, one day she was charge nurse with four patients. Every nurse was maxed out and even though she was busy she assisted every nurse. She even had a code blue and a COWS patient who is agitated and she handled it with all a smile. During the chaos, she ensured to advocate the nurses' concerns for COVID-19 and she spoke to management. The nurses felt more comfortable after the management spoke to the nurses. She also made sure each nurse ate lunch and was caught up and this is Albina every day. She will help every single person no matter how busy she is and she's an amazing nurse.
