Aldrin is always on his game when it comes to patient care. He not only takes care of his own patients, covers for his fellow co-workers when they're on break, but he also will lend a hand if you happen to catch him walking by. Aldrin never seems too busy or self-involved to help a patient, even if the patient is not his own. Love his drive and determination; he excels at whichever department they put him in. He's a fantastic nurse and a wonderful patient care nurse. He's always moving and I've personally told him plenty times to sit down because I see him working so hard. I believe Aldrin deserves this honor and deserves to be recognized for his hard work.
