Aleah demonstrated advocacy and excellence during my visit to the Des Moines VA. She didn't have to, but she ensured I was taken care of by scheduling appointments for the same day, getting the results of many tests, and scheduled a visit with my PCP all the same day. It is because of people like her that make me feel valued and not just a number. She truly puts the Veteran first and carries out until the end.
