My stay here has been a very pleasant experience. Alecia made it bearable, even though it was a rough surgery, she always greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, and always answered my call light with promptness. She never made me feel like a burden. She checked on me regularly and took care of my every need. Asked how I was feeling, let me know of things that could help me feel better, like walk, remember my water and pace myself.
She has gentle hands and was always very conscientious with the way she handled my care. She also kept me informed about what was going on, and when, so I was not left in the dark.
She made me feel as though I was her only patient. Very professional and personable. She is a Gem.
