Alecia Grisham, RN

Alecia received a patient who needed surgery. When he arrived to the floor, he was very disheveled and had a very bad odor. The clothes on his back were the only clothes he had, and they needed to be replaced. She took it upon herself to buy him socks, shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and underwear. Other staff members donated money to her for her desire to help this man. She spent lots of time taking care of him and making sure he had things that he so desperately needed. She had him try on the clothes and made the necessary exchanges to make sure everything fit perfectly. Alecia is a great nurse and deserves to be recognized for all of her time and effort to help this patient
