Aleiya Sanoria, BSN, RN
I would like to recognize nurse Aleiya for the exceptional care she provided to my father during his hospital stay.
My father is hard of hearing, and Aleiya consistently went above and beyond to communicate with him in a way that preserved his dignity and comfort. She made a point to speak into his good ear, leaning closely and ensuring he could clearly understand her. This may seem like a small gesture, but it made a tremendous difference in his experience and demonstrated her attentiveness and compassion.
Aleiya's presence was calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring. She treated my father with kindness and respect at every interaction, and it was clear that she truly cared about his well-being- not just as a patient, but as a person.
During the nights I stayed with my father, Aleiya also showed concern for me. She regularly checked on my comfort and needs, which meant a great deal during a stressful time. Her thoughtfulness extended beyond her primary duties and reflected her deep commitment to caring for both patients and their families.
Aleiya exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding nurse. Her compassion, attentiveness, positive attitude, and genuine kindness made a lasting impact on our family. She truly deserves to be recognized.
