We were very impressed with Alejandro as an RN. We could truly see his love for his job and dedication. He was always very helpful and wouldn't mind explaining things again if we didn't understand. He gave us peace and always made sure my mom was comfortable. He has outstanding professionalism, etiquette, and patience. He was truly the nurse who stood out to us the most. Even though he had other patients to look after he never made himself unavailable. We all felt a great connection with him. For the time my mom was in the hospital we always made sure there was someone there with her, whether it was a family member or a friend. We never wanted her to be alone, but when we knew Alejandro would be working we knew we could leave her with him and she would be well taken care of. We want to thank him for a job well done.
