A specific situation is hard to isolate because Alex provided such extraordinary care throughout my Post-Op experience. He demonstrated tremendous empathy, professionalism, and respect. I have had several surgeries and hospital visits and I have never had a nurse who was so genuinely caring. He articulately explained everything that was going on - whether it was what to expect next and when to expect it or why anything was happening and consistently asked for feedback. This made me feel respected. He was always mindful of my limited range of motion and carefully assisted with positioning me or things I needed to access. He always responded to my calls extremely quickly, and he acted like a compassionate human-being with ease throughout, as opposed to someone just "doing their job." This left a hugely positive impression on me. The best possible reflection of KAISER!
