Alelei was such a caring and attentive nurse. She was kind, and compassionate and explained the procedure I was having (a colonoscopy). I was by myself at the hospital and felt nervous about the procedure especially during a pandemic. Alelei really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I know I made the right choice by having my procedure at Jersey City Medical Center, I will definitely recommend it to my family/ friends in the future. Alelei made me feel like a valued patient, not just a number. It was such a caring gesture to follow up with me the next day to see how I was feeling! I cannot Thank you enough Alelei. I hope that they recognize you as an Extraordinary Nurse because that is exactly what you were to me! Keep up the excellent work and care that I am sure you give to all your patients!
