Alena interacted in a friendly manner with us, as well as with our doctor, nurses, and all staff. She treated us with respect and made us feel valued; she kept us updated and provided us privacy when we needed it.

Alena was very kind and took the time to listen to us. She showed excellence by being very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. She allowed me to be with my husband the whole time; he needs assistance with dressing and hearing. I felt welcomed!
