She went out of her way to make my mom comfortable. Very attentive to my mother’s needs. Always smiling and very positive. Took time out to speak with us all about any situation that was going on with my mom. Just a ray of sunshine every day that she was my mom’s nurse. Took time to explain the medicine that she was giving my mom. My mom has been in and out of the hospital and she by far has been the best nurse and received the best care at Norton’s downtown.
