Our baby had open heart surgery at 8 weeks old yesterday. All our nurses here have been great but after hearing so much information and having our minds go numb, we struggled to understand. We came in today to Alex who has given us such a great explanation of everything happening. She helped us understand things like no one else has and has had such a great attitude. Alex is an amazing nurse, and we were thankful to have her take care of our baby.
