I would like to thank Alex for taking good care of me and was awesome at letting me feel that everything will be ok. Even though I spent one night in the hospital, my possible theories of what was causing me to be ill were very scary. Alex was attentive, kind, explained everything to me so I understood everything. He was kind and gentle. I was really scared and in an isolation room. He wasn't afraid at all and his kind demeanor relaxed me. He is a great asset to this hospital. I was never able to see his face as everyone needed to wear masks, but I could see his kind eyes and know his smile must be kind too.
