I am writing this letter to express my extreme appreciation for the outstanding care I received while in your facility recently. I must say I have been in Health Care Consulting for over 30 years, I have been in hundreds of facilities around the country. Nursing and patient care staff are without question outstanding. There are however some individuals who are extraordinary in performing their assigned duties. Alex Holbrook is one of these individuals. His caring, compassion, professionalism, knowledge, and skills far exceed what can be taught. It is a case of whether you have these traits or you don't.

His sincere and genuine caring for his patients is extraordinary. He makes the patient feel as though they are his only patient, their well-being, care, and positive outcome are all that matters. He is an asset to any facility that employs him. I wanted to make you, and him, aware of the fact his efforts have not gone unnoticed. Thank you, Good Samaritan, for the Administrative staff who guide and direct this individual. Thank you Mr. Holbrook for your kindness and care.
