Alex Howell, BSN, RN

From September through November, my father was under the care of the ICU team, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I would like to especially recognize Alex Howell, whose compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism stood out each day. They not only provided exceptional medical care but also took the time to explain his treatment clearly, answered any questions patiently, and offered reassurance during some of the most challenging moments for our family.

What made their care exemplary was the way they treated my father with dignity and respect, ensuring his comfort and emotional well-being alongside his medical needs. Their kindness extended to our family as well, providing support, empathy, and a sense of partnership in his care. The dedication shown by this exceptional nurse and the entire ICU team reflects the highest standards of excellence, and we are profoundly grateful for the difference they made in my father’s journey.

I am forever grateful for their exemplary care during my father’s final days.
