My wife was transported to Valley Hospital at 2 am Tuesday morning in septic shock from an infected kidney stone. We were both in complete shock over what was happening and how fast. We had an exceptional nurse caring for her during her stay, his name was Alex.
Immediately, we could tell how compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable he was. He was aware when I left how apprehensive I was. He promised to call if there were any changes in her condition. When I arrived the next morning, Alex introduced us to our day nurse, John. Over the next three days these two outstanding nurses made my wife and I feel like she was the only patient in the hospital.
Her fast recovery is in no small part because of Alex's care. Alex provided us with the care every patient deserves! He is exceptional and a true-life saver!
