Without a doubt, Alex is an amazing nurse. But, above all, she is an amazing human being. Since I've been here, she has shown extensive clinical and medical knowledge, an ability to interact with the patients in a way I've never seen before. I had a parent tell me, "I feel my kid is loved and treated like family here" and to me that's the most important tool we have in healing children.
