My daughter has been in the hospital long term and I haven't been able to be here every day. However, I came to visit yesterday and was pleasantly surprised how well cared for my baby was. Alex was patient and answered all my questions. She exceeded my expectations, all my fears were eased. She loved her like her own. Alex made sure she had tummy time to enhance her development and she even put a bow in her hair! I left happy with the care my child was getting!
