Alex encouraged me to comply with rehab goals. I went through a stage of not wanting to continue with my rehab. We spent today writing a list of pros and cons to continuing with the rehab whilst I was on the ward. Without Alex, I would have discharged myself. She wasn’t just helpful to me but also couldn’t do any more for my family who was visiting. She involved my family and encouraged them all to assist in my recovery in any way possible. A real credit to the trust.
