Alex demonstrated extraordinary compassion in both her care for X and in keeping us updated about changes in X's care. Alex called me at home and gave me a review of rounds so that I would be up to date on X's care plan for the day. Alex had remembered from X's last hospitalization that she liked to be updated and took the initiative to keep us in the loop. Alex was so sweet with X and always took the time to play with her and get smiles in between administering meds. She was so caring and went above and beyond to put X at ease.
