When I first met Alex, he earned my trust within a few minutes. His knowledge of the health profession was very impressive. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand. He follows through with everything that he says he will do. He has been very timely in responding to my questions via Secure Messages and even follows up with phone calls when needed.
These are just a few reasons why he has earned my trust and respect. I know he truly cares about my health and what's best for me. I feel like veterans of the United States Marine Corp that he truly cares about my health and what's best for a long and healthy life for me. I don't know if Alex was in the service or not, but I truly believe he cares about what happens to veterans and their health. He shows respect to me in the way he treats and talks to me.
