Alex was very kind and nice. Helped me during group and also gave me advice. Then he gave me a Rice Krispy Treat. He's also my favorite.

When there was nothing to do and everybody was doing something, Alex came and asked me if I wanted to talk. He simply wanted to know more about me and it made me feel unforgotten and a bit special or unique. He has an excellent personality and there's really never any dull moment with him. At a moment in time when I feel down, he's a great remedy. He also has a great sense of humor which helps me cope. He managed to do his job perfectly, but also seem like a friend.

He goes above and beyond when it comes to the comfort and well being of everyone. He is always taking time to help out with each patient. He spends time with the patients and discusses their welfare and needs. He will look up ways to hold groups. We had a really rough weekend and he made a hearted effort to give each person his time so we all felt heard.
