Alex was great with our Dad. He took the time to explain the different medications he needed for pain. He helped our Dad see the value of the pain meds. After the conversation, our Dad agreed to take the pain meds, which helped him relieve his pain, which was at an 8. The meds also helped him sleep, which he had not done in 24 hours. He was amazing.
