I first met Alex when I was brought from surgery. He immediately caught my attention with his professional dress and work demeanor. I spoke to him, and his responses made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. Alex attended to me over the next 4 days throughout my care. He thoroughly explained answers to my questions, explained the whens and whys of my treatment in a professional, friendly, knowledgeable format that made my painful stay as pleasant as it could be. I looked forward to seeing his friendly face each day and always felt I was in the most capable hands. He did a wonderful job explaining my pain treatment multiple times in a pleasant, professional manner that I could understand. I will remember the exceptional treatment, care and comfort RN provided to me at such a traumatic time in my life. Thank you, Alex.
