Alex is the definition of compassion. Her tough attitude is no competition for her big heart. We often have repeat patients who suffer from multiple chronic ailments that warrant frequent hospitalizations. She offers a friendly face to help place the patients at ease, calling them by name and recounting memories of past visits. You can see an immediate wave of relief on the patient's face, knowing they have a friend during these difficult times. They leave the Town Center ER feeling better emotionally and physically than when they arrived and often look forward to seeing her at another visit. Alex is the epitome of compassion.

Alexandra is a compassionate and dedicated nurse who is always willing to help others and go above and beyond. Alex's care for patients goes beyond mind, body, and spirit. Her holistic approach empowers and is contagious to our fellow staff members. She will often offer to help other co-workers and is the biggest team player. Despite being a leader amongst our staff, she is also the kindest, wholehearted person you will ever meet. She is also often greeted by our frequent flyers.
