My grandmother was in critical condition and I was very upset. Alex Nartey was very understanding and he even took the time to find me a box of tissues when I needed them. When they were working on my grandma, he made sure to come out to let us know what was happening so we wouldn't be worried. I was very grateful for his compassion and his respectful behavior.
