Alex was assigned to care for my daughter in the ED for severe abdominal pain. His concerns over her condition were genuine. He immediately sent her out to CT scan with concerns over her appendix. Although being hectic in the ED he never once forgot us. He came over to us regularly ensuring she was comfortable. He brought me a chair, directed me to food and restroom never once faltering in his professionalism. He is a very compassionate and very well prepared individual who is perfectly placed in ED. I am thankful for his concerns and care that led us to her wellbeing. Thank you.
